In most cases, it is not possible to cancel the application once our team has processed it and the approved visa letter has been emailed. This is because immigration authorities do not refund the fees paid to the Ministry of Home Affairs of the respective country for visa approval.
In case of rush and urgent applications, our team immediately processes the application and therefore it is not possible to cancel the application once payment is received.
No cancellation or refund will be processed unless officially requested, and in the case of pending documents, the customer must either email the required documents or submit an official cancellation request.

That’s why we offer a 100% refund of the processing fee (excluding govt fee) in the event of a visa rejection, provided certain conditions are met. This policy is not applicable for regular visas like Australia Sublcass 600, Tanznia Business Visa, New Zealand Regular Visa, sticker visa etc.
Separate Fees: Please note that the processing fee and government fee are two distinct charges. We only refund the processing fee, which covers our services in assisting you with your visa application. The government fee, which is paid to the government authority, is non-refundable as per standard regulations.
To qualify for the processing fee refund, your visa must be rejected for reasons unrelated to your personal background or insufficient documentation. Specifically, the refund applies if:
Customer Background: Refunds will not be issued if the rejection is based on factors related to your personal background (e.g. prior visa violations, overstaty, lack of documents, criminal records).
Insufficient Documentation: It is crucial to ensure that all necessary documents are submitted correctly and in full. Refunds will not be granted for rejections stemming from missing or incomplete documentation.
Our timeline for visa processing is clearly mentioned on our website. We advise you to review this timeline thoroughly before submitting your application. We cannot cancel the application if you plan to travel before the mentioned timeline, as our team processes the application and pays the requisite charges.

All refund requests will be evaluated within 72 hours. If in case a refund is approved, $35 cancellation/refund charges will be applied per applicant.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original method of payment used during the application. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
We provide services within a maximum of 24-72 hours. Once the visa is approved or the application is processed, there is no refund available.
In the event of a duplicate payment or an overcharge, we will process a full refund of the excess amount. Please contact us immediately if you notice any discrepancy in the billing.
