By using this site, you convey your agreement with these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Statement. If you cancel the service you may be entitled to a refund.
You may cancel by using the Cancel/Delete function in your account when logged in or by calling our service line. Notwithstanding the foregoing, JSDBIZ.COM cannot process refunds for Credit Card payments over 3 months old under any circumstances. In such cases, JSDBIZ.COM may issue a store credit applicable to future applications submitted through JSDBIZ.COM for 6 months. Credit cannot be applied to applications submitted through other agencies or applications submitted to Consulates directly.
50% service fee will be retained for consultation order cancellations after applications have been processed. No refunds for applications that have been completed.
Processing time for visas quoted by JSDBIZ.COM are approximate and based on processing times provided by Embassies or Consulates under normal circumstances. Processing time should be calculated starting from the date of submission of the documents to the Embassy or the Consulate. The Consulate or the Embassy may request additional documents and may delay and/or deny processing at their discretion without further explanations. JSDBIZ.COM will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. No service fees, embassy fees, courier fees, shipping charges, or any portion thereof will be refunded due to delays or denial of service.
You agree that your credit card(s) will be billed immediately after online verification takes place. You agree to pay all fees and charges for any products or services offered for sale by JSDBIZ.COM or by any other vendor or service provider through JSDBIZ.COM. You shall pay all applicable taxes and shipping charges relating to the purchase of any other products or services. Requirements and fees related to the processing of visas are subject to change, including, but not limited to, embassy consular fees, application forms, and documentation required for visa issuance, which are subject to change without notice.
JSDBIZ.COM does its best to correctly describe all services that appear on the website. However, JSDBIZ.COM does not warrant that all the statements, definitions, and descriptions are most current, complete, accurate, and error-free. Consulates often change their requirements and fees without prior warning, and changes can take effect immediately. By opting for these services, your application is given the highest priority, ensuring immediate response and swift action from our team. We allocate dedicated resources to process your application as quickly as possible, reducing waiting times significantly.
In certain cases, Rush and Urgent services may involve paying additional charges to immigration authorities to expedite visa approvals. Our team works diligently to ensure your application is submitted and processed without unnecessary delays.
Please note that while JSDBIZ.COM prioritizes your application under Rush and Urgent services, final processing and approval timelines are determined by the respective immigration authorities and are outside our direct control. As always, we strive to provide accurate descriptions of these services, but any changes in immigration policies, fees, or timelines may occur without prior notice.
By utilizing Rush and Urgent services, you agree to the prioritization and expedited handling provided by JSDBIZ.COM, as well as any limitations due to external factors beyond our control.
Requirements and fees related to the processing of visas are subject to change without notice. Application forms and additional documents required for visa issuance are subject to change without notice. Consulates or Embassies may request additional documentation at their discretion. They may also decline the issuance of visas without disclosing the reason for denial.
